The guanabana is a refreshing Mexican and Central American fruit that goes by a few names Guanabana, Cherimoya, and in Vietnamese, it is Sinh To Man Cau. The fruit is creamy white and tastes like vanilla. It makes sensational ice cream. The fruit appears green with geometrical scalloped groves. The seeds are round smooth dark and brown.
