We just blend sprouted pumpkin seeds and sprouted sunflower seeds - with no added salt - so they're ready for your culinary wizardry. Sprouted pumpkin seeds are a good source of Protein, Iron, Magnesium, Copper and Manganese while Sprouted sunflower seeds are a good source of Protein, Magnesium, Copper, and Manganese.
