Molnlycke Melgisorb® Ag Calcium Alginate Dressing. This dressing is a highly absorbent, alginate dressing with CMC and ionic silver. Killing bacteria for up to four days, the dressing absorbs up to 18 times its own weight in exudate. The alginate fibers form a soft, moist gel, creating a moist environment for wound healing. Ideal for deep, highly exuding, cavity wounds at risk of infection and suitable for use on wounds that are critically colonized. Size: 4" x 4" (10cm x 10cm) square. 10/box.
