Molnlycke Wound Management Melgisorb® Plus absorbs up to 20 times its own weight. Features higher wet strength for easy one-piece removal from the wounds. Dressing also minimizes lateral wicking of wound exudate, reducing maceration to the periwound area. For management of moderate to highly exuding wounds, the dressing creates a gel on contact with exudates without adhering to the wound site. Size: 2" x 2", 10/box, 10 boxes/case.
