Molnlycke Mepitel One Non-Adherent Silicone Wound Dressing. This one dressing has the benefits from Mepitel, but it is easier to handle. Can be left in place for up to 14 days depending on the condition of the wound, reducing the necessity for dressing changes. The porous structure allows exudate to pass into an outer absorbent dressing and the Safetec layer prevents the outer dressing from sticking to the wound and ensures atraumatic dressing change.
