Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Most orders ship the next business day. You should allow up to seven (7) business days for order processing. Therefore, we are unable to issue you a refund until at least 21 days has past since the order. If the supplier was not able to provide us with the product within the 21 days period, please reach out and we will process the refund.

Certain types of orders, including orders with frozen and refrigerated products, only ship from Monday till Wednesday. If such orders are placed on Wednesdays, they will go out the following Monday. We reserve the right to delay shipment in the event of extreme weather conditions.

COVID-19 update: Our processing times have increased since the COVID-19 crisis hit the nation and are still relatively long due to the limitations that we, alongside the whole distribution industry, face. Currently, some orders ship on the same or the next day while others might take 1-2 weeks.

Frozen & Refrigerated Products 

Frozen or refrigerated products are shipped with the ice packs, that guarantee that will arrive frozen to your address.

Shipping rates & carriers used

We use USPS and UPS or Fedex to ship our orders. Typically, lighter orders, under 3 lbs will ship USPS and the heavier items will be shipped via UPS or Fedex.

The shipping rates are calculated by FedEx and USPS, so you will be charged what they charge us to ship the order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

ShelHealth.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, orders over $100, heavy weight or frozen products might not qualify for shipping to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
