EDEN Udon is the thickest of our traditional Japanese pasta. Udon is the most popular noodle in Japan and these are a perfect example of why. Similar to linguine in thickness and shape, but square-edged. This classic Udon is traditionally hand-crafted by the Tanaka family using very old methods from hard red winter and spring wheat flour and a bit of sea salt. They have been making udon and soba noodles since 1906, now with four generations actively involved at their small shop. Udon is traditionally great food for children and the elderly as it is very easy to digest and is relaxing. EDEN Udon is low fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol free, a good source of dietary fiber, protein, and iron.
