Since the beginning of time, humankind has been trying to bottle-up love (or, at least since 1964—remember “Love Potion Number 9,” anyone?). While we’re not here to make love potions, this Red Enchilada Sauce is sure doing the trick because we’re head over heels in love with it! Made withtomatoes, chili spice, and dates, we hope this nostalgic and hearty sauce puts the “love” into your enchila-loves.
