Kansas City Strip Loin Steak
Our boneless Kansas City strip loin is an incredible cut of meat and perfect for the grill. Sourced exclusively from high-quality, 100% grass-fed cattle that are never given antibiotics or added hormones, these Kansas City Steaks have great marbling and delicious flavor. Trying searing this cut in a cast-iron skillet and topping with a pat of butter; you won’t regret it!
Beef Top Sirloin Steak
Popular for many reasons, this cut is lean and ideal for several cooking methods. Sourced from 100% grass-fed cattle that is never, ever given antibiotics or added hormones, our top sirloin steaks are ideal for grilling, cooking in a skillet or even sous vide. Pair with roasted asparagus for a delicious protein-packed spread.

Our ground beef is exclusively sourced from high-quality, 100% grass-fed cattle that is never given antibiotics or added hormones, ever. Our 85/15 finely ground beef comes perfectly vacuum packed in one-pound portions. From soups and stew, burgers to tacos, meatballs and meatloaf, our ground beef is delicious, convenient and versatile in so many ways.
Premium Beef Steak Tips
Our steak tips are made from high-quality, 100% grass-fed cattle that is never given antibiotics or added hormones. These steak tips are tender and delicious portions of steak that have endless cooking opportunities. We’ve done the work for you by cutting these up, now the hard part is deciding a delicious recipe to use. For a quick fix, we recommend searing these tips in a skillet, then adding butter, garlic and red pepper flakes. Simmer for a few minutes until your steak is tender and enjoy!
Ribeye Steaks
Arguably the king of all steaks, the ribeye steak is a go-to steakhouse favorite. Our ribeye steaks are sourced from 100% grass-fed cattle that are never given antibiotics or added hormones. The result is a cut of beef that is prized and praised for its excellent beef flavor and beautifully rich marbling, which produces an incredibly tender and mouthwatering steak. We suggest a little salt and pepper, and grill to a warm pink center for medium-rare (145°F and hold for three minutes).
Bacon Colby Jack Guacamole Burger
Ingredients:
1 lb of ground beef
4 slices of bacon cooked
Garlic salt to taste
Onion powder to taste
Seasoned salt to taste
Guacamole
Hamburger buns
Jalapenos
Petite dill pickles
Colby Jack cheese
Tomato
Red onion
Lettuce
Directions:
Heat grill to medium-high. Divide ground beef into four equal balls. Flatten into patties and season both sides. Grill beef patties to 160°F (using a meat thermometer, check temperature in center of beef patty). Remove from heat and place on bun. Layer with guacamole, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, red onions, jalapenos, bacon, and top with a petite dill pickle. Enjoy!
Crusty French Bread Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches
Ingredients:
12 oz shredded chicken, divided
6 oz marinara sauce, divided
3 oz shredded parmesan cheese, divided
6 oz part skim mozzarella cheese, divided
3 oz basil pesto sauce
1 French bread loaf
Extra virgin oilve oil
Fresh herbs (optional)
Directions:
Using preferred method, cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 185°F. with a meat thermometer. Allow chicken to cool in refrigerator, then shred. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut French bread in half lengthwise and then cut into 3 equal parts. Open bread and add 2 oz of basil pesto sauce and spread evenly on the bread. Add 4 oz of shredded chicken and top with 2 oz of marinara sauce. Add 1 oz of shredded parmesan cheese followed with 2 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese. Close bread and wrap in aluminum foil. Repeat 2 more times with remaining ingredients then bake in the oven at 350°F for 12 minutes. Brush the tops of the bread with extra virgin olive oil and fresh hearbs (optional). Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping!
