Mepitel Wound Contact Layer. This gentle 2-sided contact layer minimizes patient pain. The non-adherent, soft silicone allows exudate to pass through into an absorbent dressing. This prevents the outer dressing from sticking to the wound. Can be worn up to 14 days and are ideal for skin tears, surgical incisions, blistering, diabetic ulcers, venous and arterial ulcers, partial and full thickness grafts, lacerations, and 2nd degree burns.
